Exhibitions:

Annual Member Show at the Duluth Art Institute in Duluth, MN, will take place from April to July 2026, showcasing local talent and possibly featuring works eligible for art grants. The Signs of Spring exhibition at the Nordic Center in Duluth, MN, will run from April to May 2026, celebrating the season's beauty. The 31st Arts North International event at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in Hopkins, MN, is scheduled for January 2026 and may highlight fiber art exhibitions from various artists. Life at the Water’s Edge at the Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth, MN, will be presented in November and December 2025, while the Annual Members Show at the Duluth Art Institute will occur in May 2025, offering a platform for artists to compete for fiber art awards. Whole Foods Co-op in Duluth, MN, will also host events in May 2025. The April Showers, May Flowers exhibition at the Nordic Center in Duluth, MN, will take place in April 2025. The 30th Arts North International at the Hopkins Center for the Arts will happen in January 2025. The Grand Marais Art Colony's Studio 21 Gallery in Grand Marais, MN, will feature exhibits in August 2024. Sky Harbor Airport in Duluth, MN, will be active in July 2024, and Split Rock Lighthouse State Park in Two Harbors, MN, will be open in May 2024. Lastly, the Duluth Pottery & Tile Gallery in Duluth, MN, will showcase its collection in November 2023.

Individual Artist Project Grant, Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, Duluth, MN, 2024 also offers funding for artists' endeavors. Upstream Artist Fellow, Upstream Minnesota & Springboard for the Arts, Minneapolis, MN, 2024 provides additional opportunities for fiber art exhibitions. NEA-ARP Working Artist Project Grant, National Endowment for the Arts, Washington, DC, 2023 continues to promote artistic growth. Individual Artist Project Grant, Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, Duluth, MN, 2023 is another example of crucial support for artists. Creative Support for Individuals, Minnesota State Arts Board, St. Paul, MN, 2021 emphasizes the importance of sustaining creative practices. Emergency Artist Relief Grant, Springboard for the Arts, Minneapolis, MN, 2020 addresses urgent needs for artists. Emergency Working Artist Grant, Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, Duluth, MN, 2020 is vital in times of crisis. Finally, the Career Development Grant, Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, Duluth, MN, 2019 encourages growth in the field, including for those involved in fiber art awards.
